This package includes:

‘Cup of cocoa consideration’ – a deep diving questionnaire to tune in to your current situation. This thoughtful process will help you stop and take a raincheck on where you are and your needs so that we can make the most of our coaching session together.

2 COSY COACHING 60-minute 1-1 sessions in which we’re likely to cover:

Session 1 Guided practice to release tension in your body. This practice comes from the work of Abigail Morgan who I have studied to be a Mind Body coach with.

Session 2 Guided practice to become more grounded in your body. This practice comes from the work of Abigail Morgan who I have studied to be a Mind Body coach with.

Coaching around current situation, as time allows.

Please note that sessions are tailored individually to the client and their needs so each session will vary in its structure and content.

Comprehensive hand outs on the two guided practices so you can practice them on your own.

‘Book by the fire’ recommendations – If you love self-help as much as I do I would be happy to share a couple of book recommendations or other resource recommendations that I think would be a great fit for you.

Sessions for this coaching package are available only on weekdays and are for new clients only.

Step 1. Email me at deborah@deborahchalk.com

Step 2. Within 2 working days (Mon-Fri), you’ll receive an email from me asking you to confirm that you’re happy for me to send the contract  to your email via HelloSign.

Step 3. When you’ve signed the contract (if you’re happy with it) I’ll send you an invoice to settle on Paypal or by bank transfer in the UK and the coaching questionnaire.

Step 4. We’ll arrange a time for our ZOOM session via email.

Step 5. We’ll meet on ZOOM at the scheduled time.

Bloom Coaching Package

You will learn to connect to your body and emotions more so you can listen to your inner wisdom. This can then support your general well-being, home life, your creative work and your business. 

This includes 6 sessions of between 45 minutes and an hour and access to ask questions by email for 3 months.  Price £1050

All coaching takes place online via ZOOM, Skype or phone so you don’t need to live in England.

Blossom Coaching Package

You will learn to connect to your body and emotions more so you can listen to your inner wisdom. You will have support over the 6 months to help you integrate this practice and way of being into your daily life. This can then support your general well-being, home life, your creative work and your business. 

This includes 12 sessions of between 45 minutes and an hour (12 in total) and access to ask questions by email during UK business hours over the six month period.  Price £1800

All coaching takes place online via ZOOM, Skype or phone so you don’t need to live in England.
